DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOW:
Take I-25 to Exit 143, Uintah Street. Exit east; go .4 mile to Cascade Avenue and turn left. First Lutheran
Church Peel House will be on the right in .3 mile. Parking will be available behind the venue or on the street.
Friday TIME SET UP SCHEDULE:
Noon: Show Set Up
3:00 PM to 5:00PM: Arrangements may be set up.
SATURDAY SHOW TIME SCHEDULE:
6:00 AM: Prep area opens. Bring a card table and chairs for prepping your roses. Prep area is outside.
7:00 AM to 9:30AM: Entries accepted. All entries will be placed by exhibitors.
9:00 AM: Judges Coffee and Light Breakfast in the Library.
9:45 AM: Judges meeting.
9:45 AM: Clerks meeting.
10:00 AM: Judging begins.
1:30 PM: Show opens to the public.
1:30 PM: Judges Luncheon. Lunches are available for purchase by those not judging the show.
4:00 PM: Show Awards announced.
5:00 PM: Show closes to the public.
SUNDAY SHOW TIME SCHEDULE:
8:00 AM: Show opens to the public.
1:00 PM: Show closes; Show Tear Down.
