Colorado’s Beautiful Bats

September 5, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

| Free

Luan Akin, Tagawa Gardens OutReach Ambassador, of Tagawa Gardens will present a program on Colorado bats at the September 5 meeting. If you have ever heard Luan Akin present then you know this will be a very informative and lively presentation. She will focus on which bats call Colorado their home, year ‘round or as migrants, how they are adapting or not adapting to current challenges and what we as individuals can do to help them.
The presentation will be followed by a short meeting and door prizes.

The meeting will be held at the Plant Society Building located in the northwest corner of the Denver Botanic Gardens. Free parking is available in the parking facility across the street from the Gardens. Enter via the Visitor Center and Gift Shop. Identify yourself to the admission staff and advise that you will be attending the Denver Rose Society meeting in the Plant Society Building. There should be no charge to the gardens to attend our meetings.
