Login Failure

1. To reset your password, either click the “Lost your password?” link in the error message at the top of the screen or the “Lost Password” link at the bottom.

2. On the “Lost Password” screen, enter either your username or your email address and click the “Get New Password” button.

3. Log into your email account and look for an email from “Denver Rose Society” with the Subject line “Password Reset for Denver Rose Society”.

 

If you do not see the email, always make sure to check your “spam” or “junk” mail folders. There may also be a delay in receiving the email, so if you don’t find it in your inbox or spam folder then check back in 30 minutes.
